Welcome Finance Company, Inc. was incorporated in October, 1969. The first office was opened in Mebane, North Carolina, in November, 1969. This was the fulfillment of a dream for C. W. Lee, Jr. as he, with the help of local investors, opened the Mebane office almost fifty years ago. 

The company currently has seventeen locations across North Carolina with local people serving local people. It is the goal of Welcome Finance Company to offer hometown personal service meeting the personal loan needs of the community.

Welcome Finance is active in sponsoring youth sports and community events, as a responsible member of the North Carolina business community.
